Last week

Hey Everyone!

Hope everyone had a good week! We had a great week, even though we had
a pretty big snowstorm. We were out in the snow for a while but we got
some good appointments!

This week we got contact with our investigator C. this week. She was
really busy during the holidays but we had a really good lesson about
the Book of Mormon with her.

This was our first full week back in the area after the Festival of
Lights, we had a lot of time to look for and found some new investigators!

Church was really good this week too, it was sad saying goodbye to all
of the members and the bishopric had me bear my testimony.

We had a good lesson with L. who came to church last week. She really
liked church and now her aunt and uncle are taking the lessons with
her.

Thanks so much for everything, I will be back in Utah on Friday.

Thanks for all the emails and letters. My mission has been the best
experience of my life and I appreciate all the support. I have learned
so much on my mission, but the most important thing is that we have a
Savior who knows us and loves us and died for us. I have loved my time
here being able to serve Him and my brothers and sisters here in
Maryland.

Hey Everyone, Feliz Año Nuevo!

I hope everyone had a good New Years! Here we were not allowed to
leave the apartment after 5 pm on New Years eve, so we went and got
food from the taqueria up the street and just hung out at home.

This week went well, our investigator C. is progressing.
She is reading the Book of Mormon and really likes it. This week we
were able to teach her again with a member and also some members of
her family. We are now trying to help them get to church.

L. is doing really well. She came to church for the first time this
week, and even though she was a little nervous at first she really
liked it! She has read a lot in the Book of Mormon and is progressing.

This week we went to the visitors center and had some good experiences
I got to see some members and converts from other areas and was able
to meet a lot of new people.
