HAPPY HALLOWEEN🎃

Hola Familia y Amigos!

This week was pretty great! The highlight was A. got
confirmed on Sunday, she is now an official member and she is so happy
and excited. She came with her husband and two kids to the ward
Halloween party and trunk or treat and they had a great time. Her
husband is changing jobs this week so we hope that he can get Sundays
off and come with his wife to church!

O. and P. are doing well. They really like learning. O. said that he
has investigated a lot of churches, but none of them have felt right.
He really likes what he is learning and we are so excited to keep
working with them and helping them progress.

A lot of our members and investigators don't celebrate Halloween, but
they are getting ready for the Day of the Dead, and one member gave us a
big bag of bread people that she baked.

Things are good here, we have been able to keep finding more people to
teach and we are hoping that we can find some more people who are
interested.

Thanks for all of the support!!
Feliz dia de los muertos!

Hola everyone!!!

We had a great week! Our car is fixed and the heater in our
house is working now!
We had transfers this week and I am still in Annapolis with Sister
Bateman. It is great here and we are meeting lots of fun new people!
My District
We crashed a fiesta and got tacos

A. was baptized this week. It went really well and a lot of the branch
came, it was really awesome! Aleida bore an awesome testimony after
and she told us that before her baptism she was praying to make sure
that she was doing the right thing. Then the next day she was cleaning
her house and as she was cleaning the Bible fell off the counter and
landed down by her feet opened, and it was opened to the page in the
New Testament about the baptism of Christ. She said in her talk how
she knows this is the true church and throughout her life she has
always tried to draw closer to God but she didn't know how before. It
was really awesome!

"A's" boys

This week we have been working with a family of 5 and they are so
awesome. They are reading the Book of Mormon and love learning
together! We hope we can help them continue to grow and progress! We
just need them to come to church buts its hard with all their
different work schedules.

G. is doing good. He came to church on Sunday and had fun with the
other young men, we are hoping to keep him active in Young Mens and
mutual!

Thanks so much for everything!!!

Hey everyone!!! This week was awesome in Annapolis!

A. is doing great we are almost completely done with her lessons, and
she is ready and really excited. She has her interview tomorrow and
she will be baptized on Sunday! We are so excited for her to make this
important step. She loves church and loves learning.
Planning our week

G. is a new investigator we found, he is 13 and used to study with
missionaries. He has read the whole Book of Mormon and already knows
everything. His parents won't let him get baptized but we are hoping to
keep him involved with church and young men's.

"Why I Believe"

J. and L. have 3 kids and they all like to meet with us. We taught
them all the restoration, and went back a few days later and read a
few chapters of the Book of Mormon with them all! They loved it!

This week our car was struggling a little bit and we had to get the
oil changed, then it died in the church parking lot, and the zone
leaders had to jump start it, but it seems to be working a little bit
better now😀

Annapolis is great! Thanks for all your support. We have transfers
this Wednesday so we will find our if we are staying or leaving
tonight! Thanks so much for everything!

Hola amigos y familia!!!!

This week was awesome, there was a lot of rain and a lot of people to
teach. We had tons of work to do and found a lot of new
investigators. I don't think I have ever taught the restoration so
many times in one week! But it was great, we found a lot of new
families and people that seem interested and we are so excited for
them!

A .is doing really well, she just loves learning and  it's super awesome.
She recently had us send her a chart of the general authorities so she
could start getting more familiar with them. She loves everything she
is learning and keeps telling us how she is so excited to get
baptized.
Naval Academy

We found a new family this week! J. and L. have three kids and we
taught the whole family the restoration last week, they really seemed
to like it and we are excited to keep working with them. The family is
from El Salvador.

We also had Elder Bennet of the seventy come this week. We had a great
meeting with him and we learned a lot! The meeting was 8 hours long
but we learned some things we can do to better help our area!

We are having lots of fun here in Annapolis! Thanks for all the support!!
Hasta Luego!

Hola!!!

We had a pretty great and busy week! To start off A. is
doing really well, she is learning so fast and has a desire to keep
learning more about the gospel. We are so excited for her. She is
really excited for her b-date of October 23rd and we are excited to see
her continue to progress and grow!
Making Pancakes

K, is doing well, she works a lot is the tricky thing with her, but
hopefully we can start seeing her a little more often.

M. is doing good but she left town this week so hopefully we can get
back in the routine of meeting with her!

P-Day @ the Harbor

Conference was amazing! I loved all the talks but my favorite talk was
by Russell M. Nelson talking about how we can find joy no matter what
circumstance we are in.
Sunrise during Morning Run

We had a family of nine people from Ecuador come watch conference with
us. We were really excited and got them all set up with the
translation. And after 15 minutes they one by one got up and they all
went into the hall. We went to go see what was going on and the mom
turned to us and said "we are catholic and we are going to go to mass"
and then they left! It was really crazy, but A. watched conference at
home with her two boys and we are hoping that it went a lot better for
her!
Exchanges with Hermana Mecham!

Thanks for all the support!
